Social Infrastructure Education Ileje has 83 Primary Schools and 21 Secondary Schools with no Higher Learning Institutions.  Health a. Medicine For a long time Malaria has been a leading killer in the World and our country at large. Recently the most used medicine is from Artemisia Plant which also flourishes well in Ileje District especially in Bundali division. This is also one of the areas which can be used as one of the area for Investment. b. Health Facilities Ileje District has 22 Dispensaries and 1 Health centre and 2 Hospitals.
